Details  1. Have non specific low back pain (no clear cause).
2. Mild to moderate pain (pain score 2 to 7 on the NPRS scale).
3. Can perform basic movements like bridging, sitting, and standing.

 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. Severe back pain (pain score of 8 or more).
2. Neurological disorders related to the spine.
3. Serious bone or joint disorders (like fractures or arthritis).
4. Major mental health problems (like severe anxiety or depression).
5. Had surgery of the spine before.

Brief Summary  

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an audio-visual biofeedback device in improving back extensor muscle strength and functional performance among college-going students with non-specific low back pain (NSLBP). The device provides real-time visual and audio feedback during bridging and core-strengthening exercises, helping participants enhance movement control, posture, and muscular activation. Its effectiveness will be determined by comparing pre- and post-intervention outcomes following a structured 4-week training program.Outcome measures include back extensor muscle strength (measured using the biofeedback device), pain intensity (NPRS), and functional performance (Oswestry Disability Index). The null hypothesis states that there is no significant improvement in muscle strength or functional performance after using the audio-visual biofeedback device, while the alternate hypothesis states that the device leads to significant improvement. The study will include 150 participants, conducted over 6 months in a physiotherapy department and rehabilitation center.
