Intervention  Cricket-specific exercise protocol targeting hamstring tightness and excessive foot pronation, including dynamic stretching, strengthening, and corrective exercises.  A cricket-specific exercise protocol will be administered to male cricket players to address hamstring tightness and excessive foot pronation. The intervention includes dynamic stretching, strengthening, and corrective exercises tailored to cricket-specific movements and demands. The program will be conducted under supervision for a duration of 4 weeks, with regular sessions as per the prescribed protocol to improve flexibility, biomechanical alignment, and bio-motor performance.

Brief Summary

This Study Aims To Develop And Evaluate A Sports-Specific Exercise Protocol To Address Hamstring Tightness And Excessive Foot Pronation In Cricket Players. The Protocol Includes Dynamic Stretching, Strengthening, And Corrective Exercises Tailored To The Physical Demands Of Cricket. The Effectiveness Of The Intervention Will Be Assessed Through Pre- And Post-Intervention Evaluation Of Hamstring Flexibility, Foot Posture, And Selected Bio-Motor Performance Parameters. The Study Will Be Conducted As An Experimental Pre–Post Design On 30 Male Cricket Players Aged 15–25 Years, Recruited From Cricket Academies In Rajkot, Gujarat, Over A Total Duration Of Six Weeks.
