Details  American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II.
Patient giving valid, informed and written consent.
Patients weighting between 50-90Kg posted for elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery under General Anaesthesia.  
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Patients having high risk of aspiration (symptomatic gastro-esophageal reflux
disease & hiatus hernia).
Patients having obstructive sleep apnea.
Patients having recent (last 10days) upper respiration tract infection.
Patients having previous head & neck surgery or radiotherapy.
Patients having restricted mouth opening or anticipated difficult airway.
Any facial, laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem

Brief Summary   Supraglottic airway devices are increasingly being used as an excellent alternative to mask ventilation and tracheal intubation with fewer complications. The airway devices with gastric access tubes are increasingly being used in surgery requiring general anesthesia and positive airway ventilation. To ensure patient safety it is important that their advantages and limitations must be studied. The hunt is on for a supraglottic airway device that combines the benefits of existing supraglottic airway devices with aspiration protection.
To comparison of time taken in insertion of Ryle’s tube using LMA Protector versus I-gel plus in laparoscopic surgeries.
