Brief Summary  
Burnout syndrome is recognized by the WHO as an occupational phenomenon arising from chronic workplace stress.This observational study aim to assess the association between the status of Prajna and Burnout syndrome among clerical staff in the banking sector.Participants will be evaluated using validated burnout scales and Ayurveda based Prajna assessment tool.The study intends to explore whether reduced Prajna contributes to increased burnout levels.Findings may help in understanding the role of Ayurveda psychological parameters in occupational stress.
