with history of any psychiatric disorders and on treatment
who are currently engaged in any form of journaling

visual journaling uniquely combines artistic expression and reflective writing to foster emotional processing and personal insight A total of 180 people will take part in the study They will be divided into two groups One group will practice visual journaling for three weeks while the other group will not do any journaling Before and after the three weeks both groups will complete questionnaires according to the tools to measure their mental wellbeing and ability to cope with stress By comparing the results the study aims to see whether visual journaling is an effective way to support mental health |
