A Structured lower-limb plyometric training program For Five Week , Frequency Two Sessions Per Week , Including Warm Up Foundational Plyometrics , Progressive Jumping Drills And Power Development Exercise. |

Female judo athletes actively participating in training.
Age between 10–18 years.
Athletes with minimum 1 year of judo training experience.
Athletes who can safely participate in plyometric and judo activities.

Any acute or chronic musculoskeletal condition limiting performance.
History of surgery in the last 6 months.

TOPIC : Effect Of Lower Limb Plyometric Training On Muscular Power And Agility In Competitive Female Judo Athletes : An Experimental Study
INVESTIGATOR: Pooja Naga Karmur School of Physiotherapy R K University
AIM : To Investigate The Effectiveness Of A Structured Lower Limb Plyometric Training Program On Improving Muscular Power And Agility In Competitive Female Judo Athletes.
OBJECTIVES : To Assess The Baseline Levels Of Lower Limb Muscular Power And Agility In Competitive Female Judo Athletes. To Evaluate The Changes In Muscular Power Of The Lower Limb Following The Plyometric Training Program. To Evaluate the Changes in Agility Performance Following the Plyometric Training Program. To Compare Pre and Post Training Outcomes to Determine the Intervention.
MATERIAL:
Pen, Pepar , Assessment Form , Consent Form , Box , Hurdle
PROCEDURE:
This Five Week Experemental Study Involved Fifty Judo Athletes Age Group Ten To Eieghteen At A Judo Training Center.
Participate Randomly Divided In To Two Groups:
Experimental Group : Recevived Structured Lower Limb Plyometric Training Along With Regular Judo Practice.
Control Group: Continued Only Regular Judo Training Without Plyometric Exercises.
Outcome Measure : Vertical Jump Test To Measure Muscular Power T Test To Assess Agility Special Judo Fitness Test SJFI To Evaluate Judo Specific Performance
To Measure Outcome All Athletes Were Assessed Before And After Training Using Frequency Two Sessions Per Week Duration Per Session Forty to Fifty Warm Up And Cool Down Always Include Both In Each Session. |
