Conventional Physiotherapy |
Ultrasound Therapy (Pulsed Ultrasound with a ratio of 1:4 over the anterolateral tip of the shoulder with an intensity of 1w/cm2 and 1 MHz frequency for 5 minutes for a period of 5 weeks at the rate of 1 sitting per day and 6 times a week). Interferential therapy (20-minute Interferential therapy producing an amplitude of 80-150 Hz at the rate of 1 sitting per day and 6 times a week). Shoulder mobility and strengthening exercises at the rate of 1 sitting per day and 6 times a week for a period of 5 weeks. |
