Details  1.Patient should be of age 4-9 years
2.Patient should exhibit frankel’s behaviour rating scale score of 3 and 4 i.e. positive (+) and definitely positive (++)
3.Primary molars with deep caries which can be vital or non vital.
4.Absence of resorption in cervical and internal root.
5.Minimum of two-thirds of the remaining root length
6.Minimum tooth structure which can hold a rubber dam. 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.Children with special health care needs and underlying systemic diseases and allergies will be excluded
2.Children who lack cooperative capabilities will be excluded.
3.Teeth with aberrant pathologic mobility and preshedding will be excluded.
4.Teeth with internal or external root perforation.
5.Teeth exhibiting perforation of the pulpal floor.
6.Teeth with gross bone loss in furcation area or apex of the teeth
7.Teeth with presence of less than two-thirds of the root will be excluded.

Brief Summary  

A RANDOMIZED CLINICAL STUDY WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 38 CHILDREN AGED 4–9 YEARS, WHO WILL BE RANDOMLY DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS (KEDO S PLUS AND KEDO NANO PLUS). AFTER ACCESS OPENING AND GLIDE PATH PREPARATION, CANAL INSTRUMENTATION WILL BE PERFORMED USING THE RESPECTIVE ROTARY FILE SYSTEMS, AND INSTRUMENTATION TIME WILL BE RECORDED BY A BLINDED ASSISTANT. OBTURATION WILL BE DONE WITH IODOCURE, FOLLOWED BY RADIOGRAPHIC EVALUATION BY COLL AND SADRIANS CRITERIA AND THE RESULTS WILL BE STATISTICALLY ANALYZED.
