Brief Summary

This randomized comparative study aims to evaluate the effect of diurnal (morning) versus nocturnal (evening) practice of Chandra Namaskara on Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) in young adult women. A total of 60 participants, diagnosed with PMS as per ACOG criteria, will be randomly assigned into two groups: Diurnal Chandra Namaskara (DCN) and Nocturnal Chandra Namaskara (NCN), with 30 participants in each group. Both groups will practice 12 rounds of Chandra Namaskara for 30 minutes, 6 days per week, for 4 weeks. Assessments will be carried out using the Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST), Premenstrual and Menstrual Symptoms Scale (PMSS), and WHO Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) before and after the intervention. The study aims to compare changes in PMS symptoms and quality of life between the two groups and determine whether the timing of Chandra Namaskara practice influences therapeutic effectiveness
