Details  1 Already diagnosed cases of GERD according to ICD-11 (DA22.Z)
2 Patients with age group 30 to 60 years, both sexes, all religion and socioeconomic status.
3 Consent: patient who are willing to provide a written informed consent to participate in the study.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1 Severe gastro enterology complications like Barrett’s oesophagus oesophageal stricture.
2 Patient having alarming symptoms such as gastro intestinal haemorrhage or any systemic disease such as cardiac pulmonary hepatic or renal diseases.
3 Patient who have received any form of treatment (Homeopathic ayurvedic allopathic or any other alternative therapies) for GERD with in past 10 days.
4 Patient having severe psychiatric disorder like depression with suicidal tendency schizophrenia bipolar disorder cognitive disorder like dementia.
5 Abdominal surgery within past 6 months

Brief Summary   This study is prospective pre-test post-test single group true experimental study to assess the clinical utility of Murphy repertory in managing the cases of Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease with GERD-Q for 10 months in 30 participants with GERD selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria from out patient department and the outcomes will assess in reducing the symptoms with GERD-Q at baseline and at the end of the treatment
