Brief Summary  
Data collection procedure:

Structured paper questionnaires will be provided to all participants to collect data. The knowledge and attitude of the students towards stroke will be assessed twice, pre-interventional and post-interventional, and compared for the impact of stroke education. The intervention will consist of a brief lecture delivered in person using visual aids like charts and posters. The content will be tailored to suit the comprehension of the study age group. The lecture and the charts will be in English or the local vernacular language, depending on the medium of instruction in that class.

Data analysis: 
Demographic data and the data on the participants’ knowledge and attitudes will be analysed using descriptive statistics. The data collected will be analysed using SPSS version 25.0 software 

Ethical consideration:
 As it is a questionnaire-based study, less than minimal risk is present for the study participants. Written assent from minors  along with parental consent will be obtained.

Implications:

1. To bring about stroke awareness among high school students.
2. Assess the impact of stroke education on the knowledge and attitudes of high school students towards stroke.
3. Promote healthier lifestyles and early recognition of stroke, which may be beneficial in the long run.
4. The findings from this study could also support the integration of stroke education into school health curricula.
