Details  Male kabaddi athletes aged 18-25 years.
Minimum 1year of playing experience at the district or state level.
No history of major lower limb injuries in the past 6 months.
Willing to participate in a supervised training program.
Participants having experience of doing basic strength exercises for 1 year
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Participation in any other structured resistance training during the study.
Athletes with neuromuscular disorders affecting movement patterns.

Brief Summary  

The K-COM (Kabaddi Complex) training protocol was developed to enhance lower-limb explosive strength and power in kabaddi raiders, aligning with the sport’s neuromuscular demands such as sprinting, rapid deceleration, and multidirectional single-leg landings. This study aims to investigate the effects of the K-COM training program on neuromuscular adaptations, performance outcomes, and injury risk indicators in kabaddi athletes. Current hypothesis is that the intervention group will have significantly greater neuromuscular activation and performance.
