Brief Summary
|
The study aims to assess the effectiveness of a modular approach in addressing professional challenges faced by Community Health Officers (CHOs) in selected areas of Gorakhpur. A quasi-experimental pre-test–post-test control group design will be used with 80 CHOs selected through purposive sampling. The intervention involves a structured modular training program to enhance professional competence and problem-solving skills. Data will be collected using a self-structured assessment scale and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. Ethical approval and informed consent will be obtained. The study is expected to demonstrate the effectiveness of modular training in improving CHOs’ professional performance. |
