Brief Summary   This mixed-method sequential explanatory study QUAN, QUAL aims to evaluate the impact of a gamified mobile learning application on infection control attitude, technology acceptance, learning experiences, and satisfaction among 2nd-year B.Sc. Nursing students at Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Nursing. In the quantitative phase students will be randomized block randomization to receive either a gamified infection control app and complementary gamified classroom activities or conventional instruction. Outcomes attitude, TAM based acceptance, learning experience, and satisfaction will be measured at baseline, immediately post intervention, and at 4 weeks for retention. The qualitative phase will explore student perceptions using focus groups and in depth interviews to explain quantitative findings. Findings will inform integration of gamified digital learning into nursing curricula.
