Brief Summary

AIM OF THE STUDY

To see the effectiveness of cognitive motor training program on eye-hand coordination, reaction time, and technical precision in amateur table tennis players.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

1. To find the Effect of cognitive motor training program on eye hand coordination in amateur table tennis player

2.  To find the Effect of cognitive motor training program on Reaction time in amateur table tennis players.
3. To find the Effect of cognitive motor training program on technical precision in amateur table tennis players

PROCEDURE-

Protocol will be prepared, and ethical clearance will be obtained from the IEC.

The participants will be selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for eligibility

Informed consent will be obtained from the participants and demographic data is recorded.

Participants will be randomly allocated 2 groups that is the experimental group and control

group. Prior assessment of the participants will be done.

Experimental group A (n=27) will be given Combined cognitive motor training exercises

And eye hand coordination programme

and the control group B (n= 27) will be given conventional exercises.

All the instructions will be given verbally, provided demonstrate the participants.

Statical analysis will be done and the results with the conclusion will be mentioned.
