Comparator Agent  control group  For them the protocall will be same for 6 weeks the protocall should be as followed warm up exercise for 10 to 15 mins jogging 20 mins hockey specific drills eg. dribbling ,dodging,game for 1 hour and then at last cool down exercises for 10 to 15 mins  
Intervention  EXPERIMENTAL GROUP   Week 1 to 3 includes sprint and agility training components Sprint activities consist of high knee 20m sprint drills box jump and high step jogging Agility training includes figure of 8 cross over zig zag drills and side shuttle run Week 4 to 6 continues progression with sprint and agility exercises Sprint activities include parachute running and triple switch drills Agility training includes circuit training corico side way jump and zig zag drills

Brief Summary   To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in speed using 30m sprint test in male hockey players
To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in agility using agility T test in male hockey players
To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in lower limb muscle power using vertical jump height in male hockey players
To investigate the effect of 6 week sprint strength and agility programme SSAP on selective physical parameters in male field hockey players
Written informed consent will be obtained from the participants
Players will be randomly allocated into hockey specific training program and regular training program
Pretest values for speed agility and strength will be measured using 10 m dash run test
Selected participants will be trained for hockey specific training program for 6 weeks period of 3 days per week
Post test value of strength speed and agility will be taken at the end of 6th week
Results will be recorded and mentioned
