Brief Summary
|
The present survey study aims to evaluate various physical activities in the context of Vyayama. A questionnaire will be developed based on the definition and benefits of Vyayama to assess its application and relevance in different physical practices. The study intends to compare and analyze the benefits of Vyayama through the collected responses using suitable statistical tools. A total of 500 participants aged between 16 and 40 years of both genders will be included. Individuals engaged in regular physical activities such as Bharatanatyam, walking, yoga, athletics, farming, carpentry, housekeeping, labor work, gym sessions, and other dance forms will be selected. The findings are expected to highlight how Vyayama principles manifest across diverse forms of physical activity and contribute to overall health and well-being. |
