Self enhancement strategies include cultivating positive self-talk, building resilience and healthy coping strategies, stress management techniques, physical exercises, fostering positive relationships and communication skills, setting smart goals etc. |

Brief Summary
|
A quasi-experimental study will be conducted on Effects of self enhancement strategies on self esteem and mental wellbeing of adolescent students of selected schools of Sonarpur Block, South twenty four Parganas, West Bengal. This study will be conducted among approx 120 adolescents who will be present at the time of data collection by non-proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data will be collected by Self Reported Questionnaire and will be analyzed by different descriptive and inferential statistics.
