Brief Summary   PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: To evaluate and compare the effectiveness of different pain management methods like finger pressure, stress relief, vibration anesthesia and elastomeric wafer in reducing pain during orthodontic debonding using visual analogue scale.

STUDY HYPOTHESIS:

Null Hypothesis: there is no significant difference in pain perception during orthodontic debonding among four pain management methods.

alternative hypothesis: there is a significant difference in pain perception during orthodontic debonding among the four pain management methods, with at least one method being more effective in reducing pain than the others.
