Brief Summary
Brief Summary

This study investigates the impact of scapular (shoulder blade) muscle training on handwriting performance and upper limb strength in collegiate students. Handwriting involves complex coordination of the upper limb muscles, and reduced scapular stability can negatively affect writing speed and endurance. The research evaluates whether targeted scapular muscle exercises can enhance handwriting speed, improve scapular muscle endurance, and increase handgrip strength. A pre–post experimental design is used to assess changes before and after the intervention program. And to monitor it

Purpose of the Study

The purpose of this study is to determine whether strengthening the scapular muscles can improve handwriting speed, enhance endurance of the shoulder muscles, and increase grip strength in college students. The findings may provide evidence for incorporating scapular training into rehabilitation and performance enhancement programs for individuals with handwriting difficulties or upper limb weakness.
