Brief Summary
|
My research focuses on exploring the effects of two specific training methods on improving explosive power in professional male hockey players. The study investigates drag flick-specific training and the French contrast method through an experimental design. By applying these targeted interventions, the research aims to determine their effectiveness in enhancing the players’ power output, speed, and overall performance. The study uses objective performance measures to evaluate improvements, offering practical insights for sports training and rehabilitation. |
