Intervention  MOBILITY  Corrective Exercise Program 3 Days/Week for 8 week 1.Mobility (Release, Stretch, Mobilize): Subscapularis & Latissimus Dorsi – Static release and stretch (2 sets, 30 sec–2 min hold). Posterior Deltoid – Static release, stretch, and dynamic release (2 sets, 10–15 reps or 30 sec hold). Glenohumeral Joint – A–P mobilization (15–30 sec or 20–50 reps). 2.Activation Circuit (Muscle Control & Integration): Serratus Anterior, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor – Isolated activation and progression (2 sets, 10–15 reps). Core Integration – Ball bridge with trunk rotation (2 sets, 10–15 reps). Stability – Prone ball I-T-Ys (2 sets, 10–15 reps). Reactive – Single-leg chest/unstable chest pass (2 sets, 10–15 reps). Subsystem Integration – Squat to row (2 sets, 10–15 reps).  
Comparator Agent  ROUTINE TRAINING GROUP  This group will continue with daily routine exercises for 3 Days/week for 8 week. That include daily routing stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises.

Players identified with arm fall dysfunction (Less than 180° shoulder flexion) using OHSA

Details  Players undergoing current physiotherapy or rehabilitation
Presence of musculoskeletal disorders affecting shoulder mobility
History of shoulder surgery or acute injury in the past 6 months
