|
Food is the Primary pillar of healthy life according Ayurveda. The living body is constantly wear and tear and food and water replenish the Dhatus.Rasa is the first dhatu which gives nourishment to body some factors may affect rasa dhatu like stress .Receptionist are at the front line of the organization as they welcome everybody. They are often the first point of contact and often interact with public in person or on call. Due to multispecialty hospital hectic schedules and high stress circumstances may increase stress and inter personal problems .As a result of continuous physical and mental stress of their work several health issues may occur . To perform all these works properly , it requires good strength and stability of body . So it is need of hour to study rasa dhatu in detail. |
