Chakra beeja mantra meditation |
From the lowest Muladhara to the highest Sahasrara, we will be concentrating on each of our bodys chakras individually. We will recite the Seed Mantra related to the Chakras elements while we concentrate on it. This is how it will proceed:
a) Focus your concentration on the region where Muladhara the base Chakra is located in your body. Now repeat the mantra thrice: LAM…. LAM … LAM ….
b) Now focus on the location in your body where Swadhishtan, the Sacral Chakra, is placed. Repeat the mantra three times now: VAM …. VAM … VAM ….
c) Now focus on the location in your body where Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra is located in your body. Repeat the mantra thrice: RAM …. RAM … RAM ….
d) Now focus on the location in your body where Anahata, the Heart Chakra is located in your body. Now repeat the mantra thrice: YAM …. YAM … YAM ….
e) Now focus on the location in your body where Vishuddha, the Throat Chakra is located in your body. Repeat the mantra thrice: HAM …. HAM … HAM ….
f) Now focus on the location in your body where Aagya, the Third Eye Chakra is located in your body. Now repeat the mantra three times: AUM …. AUM … AUM ….
g) Now focus your mind on the location of Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra, which is thought to be beyond all elements. Repeat this three times: AUM …. AUM … AUM ….
4)Closing the Meditation: Once you have chanted the mantras for each of the seven chakras, close your eyes and sit quietly. The chakras are in balance and alignment, so feel the energy and vibrations in your body.

Hypertension stage 1 and stage 2 patients who are on regular antihypertensive medication.
Patients with a history of HTN for more than 3 years |

Patients with resistant HTN (uncontrolled HTN, on more than two antihypertensive medications).
Cardiac arrhythmia, Chronic Respiratory problems (history of asthma, COPD, angioplasty, recent open-heart surgery).
Any Mental illness.

Neurological disorders.
Pregnancy.

Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by abnormally high arterial blood pressure, with an estimated 1.39 billion people globally suffering from it in 2010. The prevalence of hypertension has increased, particularly in lower- and middle-income countries. Integrative medicine (CAM) therapies, such as naturopathy, ayurveda, breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, diet therapy, herbal remedies, acupuncture, spiritual therapies, manipulative therapeutics, homeopathy, and essential oils, have been found to be effective in managing hypertension.
Yoga, a complementary and alternative therapy method, has been shown to have benefits for hypertension management. Chakra meditation, a technique that uses specific mantras for each of the body’s seven chakras, has been studied for its effects on heart rate variability and galvanic skin response. This study aims to assess the immediate effects of chakra beeja mantra meditation on these factors in hypertensive individuals. The study will use Power Lab 15T to record heart rate variability and galvanic skin response (GSR), which is the alteration of the skin’s electrical characteristics in response to stress and emotional stimulation.5 percent data has been done |
