Brief Summary   This randomized clinical trial aims to evaluate the combined effect of upright posture and structured exercises on functional dyspepsia in young adults aged 18–26. Functional dyspepsia, a common digestive disorder without an identifiable cause, is linked to poor posture and physical inactivity. The study divides participants into two groups—one receiving dietary modifications and the other undergoing posture correction and exercise therapy. Outcomes will be measured using the Short-Form Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire to determine symptom improvement after four weeks. This non-pharmacological approach may offer a simple, sustainable method for managing dyspeptic symptoms.
