Brief Summary   among college students the prevalence of non-specific low back pain is rising because of prolonged sitting, bad posture and a sedentary lifestyle, which often leads to reduced physical activity, impaired functional ability and reduced quality of life. William and Mckenzie exercises are commonly prescribed and have been shown to improve different aspects of spinal health , but their comparative effectiveness in improving lumbar spine range of motion, core endurance, pain reduction and disability remains unclear. this research is necessary to identify the more effective exercise program that can help in guiding the clinical practice and providing evidence - based recommendations for physiotherapists treating college students with non-specific low back pain. William flexion exercise will include -posterior pelvic tilt, single knee to chest, double knee to chest, partial sit up , hamstring stretch, hip flexor stretch, squat, Mcgill curl up, Bird dog and Mckenzie exercise will include lying on stomach, prone on elbow , prone press up and standing in extension. baseline assessment will be done. post intervention assessment will be done
