Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Comparator Agent  Task oriented training and conventional physiotherapy  Task-oriented training will include large-sized (3 cm) caps, rough textures made of net/dishwasher mesh, and large (1 L) bottles. Conventional physiotherapy treatment consists of stretching of tight muscles 10 repetitions×1 set of strengthening, 10 repetitions×1 set of breathing exercises, 10 repetitions×1 set of range of motion exercises, 10 repetitions×1 set of bridging, 10 repetitions×1 set of quadruped position, and 10 repetitions×1 set of reach-outs.
Intervention  Task oriented training with environmental modifications and conventional physiotherapy protocol  Task-oriented training includes making the patients do functional tasks with small-sized caps (2cm diameter), textures for differents (smooth), and small (500 mL) bottles.

Brief Summary
The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of environmental modifications for improving hand function in subacute stroke patients.
The objectives of the study are to find out pre- and post-treatment scores of task-oriented training on the box and block test and the Wolf Motor Function Test in Groups A and B. Also to compare the post-treatment scores of the Box and Block Test and Wolf Motor Function Test in group A and group B.
