Playing the sport for atleast one year.

Brief Summary   This study will be based on to evaluate single-leg drop jump performance from different drop heights of recreational badminton players. Participants will be screened on the mentioned inclusion and exclusion criteria. Single-leg drop jump performance will be assessed using force plate, plyometric box and high frame-rate camera. The mentioned outcome measures will be collected, analyzed and interpretation of data will be documented, which will provide information about performance profiling and injury profiling of the recreational badminton players.
