Performance Metrics
20m DASH Test
Twenty metres dash sprint . This test assessed the player’s maximal speed. The players had to run 20 metres in a straight line alongside the tennis court as fast as possible.
The feet were placed side-to-side in the tennis-ready position behind the starting line

Illinois Agility test
A course of 10m is set up down the midline with 4 cones equally spaced at 3.3m. 4 more cones are arranged on either side of the midline 2.5m to mark the start, finish and the two turning points.
Participants start the test lying on their front (head to the start line) and hands by their shoulders. On the ‘Go’ command (start stopwatch) the participants gets up as quickly as possible and runs around the course in the direction indicated without knocking the cones over to the finish line (stop timing).
Time taken by the player to complete the course is recorded
