Intervention  Visual Stimuli Training Program  Firing –kick/ firing the ball when sensor turned green Moving – Athlete had to move on green light & stop on red light Striking - the athlete strike the ball when light is green ;& stop when light is red Firing - athlete must kick / fire ball with their dominant leg when light is green & kick / fire ball non – dominant leg when light is red/ red ) each time they hit the ball Forward & get back- hit the ball back & forth with the coach ; shout the color of light ( green Strengthening The athlete had to hold a plank position and move their hands over some lights. Strengthening - the athlete had to jump when the sensor turned green and freeze when it turned red Reflexes - two athletes stand facing each other with 3 lights in between. for 6 weeks
