Pain localized below the costal margin (lower edge of the rib cage) and above the inferior gluteal folds (top of the buttocks).
Age group (18-35)- Young adults.
Both male and female.
Individual who are willing to take part in the study and provide informed consent.

Participants with a history of major spinal,abdominal or pelvic surgeries at any time within the past 2 years will be excluded for ethical and safety considerations.
Use of orthotic devices like braces or lumbar support.
Orthopedic procedures to the pelvis or lower limb within past six months.
Person with neurological that affect motor tone, people with known pathologies like spondlyosis, spondylothsesis.

Brief Summary
|
This observational correlation study aims to investigate the relationship between pelvic tilt and trunk muscle endurance in individuals with low back pain (LBP). Given the high global prevalence of LBP and its impact on function and quality of life, identifying biomechanical contributors is crucial. Pelvic tilt influences lumbar spine alignment, while trunk endurance affects spinal stability. The study will assess both parameters in 58 participants aged 18–35 years using standardized endurance tests and pelvic tilt measurement via digital inclinometer. Findings may help guide targeted rehabilitation strategies to improve posture, muscle balance, and reduce the risk or severity of lbp |
