Brief Summary
The hemodynamic changes during intubation can accelerate the development of myocardial ischemia/arrhythmia/infarction and cerebral haemorrhage
The rise in blood pressure is due to increase in cardiac output rather than an increase in systemic vascular resistance, and is associated with the transient rise in central venous pressure. The aim of the study is to compare the efficacy of 2 different drugs for controlling these hemodynamic responses under Anesthestic techniques.
