Primary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
By reviewing case records, various treatment protocols in diseases associated with Janushool (knee-joint pain) will be identified which can be helpful in analysing a common treatment protocol for specific diseases, that can lead to streamline treatment processes and serve as a scientific evidence-base for further studies.  As this is an observational study, the outcome will be assessed at a single time point.

Secondary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
Additionally, by better understanding of various diagnostic techniques physicians employ when treating patients with Janushool (knee-joint pain), the study will aid in the accurate diagnosis of associated disorders.  As this is an observational study, the outcome will be assessed at a single time point.

Brief Summary

Following approval from the Scientific and Research & Review Committee, a detailed checklist will be prepared to review Case Record Forms (CRFs) of patients diagnosed with Janushool within the past year. With prior permission from hospital authorities, 316 CRFs meeting the inclusion criteria will be selected. The checklist will capture information on diagnostic criteria, treatment protocols, follow-ups, and related clinical data, while ensuring confidentiality of patient details such as name and date of birth.

The collected data will be organized using MS Excel and analyzed statistically through appropriate graphical methods. Comparative evaluation of different treatment plans for Janushool will be undertaken. Additionally, open-ended interviews with hospital consultants may be conducted for qualitative insights. The study will conclude with a discussion on the effectiveness of various treatment protocols identified in Janushool cases.
