|
This study is randomised double blind and study the effect of intraoperative ketamine versus magnesium sulphates on post surgical pain on ongoing modified medical mastectomy which conducted in India the primary outcome will be the chronic post surgical pain at 6 month time to give first rescue analgesia and number of dose and likerts scale n effect of chronic pain on quality not life euroQol 5 d and sample size is 74
