A clinical trial with 30 subjects will be selected from the OPD of Swasthavritta Department Govt..

Ayurveda College Tripunithura based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Greene Climacteric scores

will be assessed before and after intervention. The subjects will be given ayurvedic

management ( selected yoga techniques and Shatavari Ghrita Pratimarsa Nasya) for 30 days.

Assessment will be done on 0 th, 31st and 61 st day. Data will be collected using a case performa.

The outcome of the study will be assessed, processed and analyzed statistically
