Intervention  Neuromuscular Training   Intervention is a 4-week structured Neuromuscular Training (NMT) program for Kathak dancers with pronated feet, delivered in two 60-minute sessions per week. Each session includes: Warm-up (5 min) – spot marching, jumping jacks, dynamic lower limb movements (10 reps each). Main NMT Session (45 min) – combination of Strength training (lower limb & intrinsic foot muscles) Core stability exercises Balance training (static & dynamic) Cool-down (10 min) – calf stretch, tibialis anterior stretch, hamstring stretch, pigeon stretch (30 sec × 2 each). The program is progressive and aims to improve foot posture, static & dynamic balance, and hip–knee–ankle (HKA) alignment.

Brief Summary
Modification(s)
This single-arm pre–post interventional study aims to evaluate the effect of a 4-week neuromuscular training program on foot posture, balance, and lower limb alignment in Kathak dancers aged 18–35 years with pronated foot posture (FPI +6 to +12). Twenty-two eligible participants will undergo eight supervised 60-minute sessions (two per week) incorporating strengthening, core stability, and balance training. Primary outcome is the Foot Posture Index score; secondary outcomes include static balance (Single Leg Stance Test), dynamic balance (Y-Balance Test), and Hip-Knee-Ankle angle (APECS software). Assessments will be performed at baseline and after completion of the intervention. Data will be analysed using paired t-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test with significance at p<0.05.
