The study titled The Significance of Nine Center Meditation in Alleviating Smartphone Addiction Among Adolescent Boys explores how a specific meditative practice Nine Center  Meditation can help reduce smartphone dependency in Adolescent boys. The method, rooted in mindfulness and body awareness, focuses attention on nine key energy centers in the body. The study finds that regular practice of this meditation can enhance self-regulation, reduce anxiety, and improve attention span, all of which contribute to lowering excessive smartphone use. Overall, it presents Nine Center Meditation as a promising non pharmacological intervention to combat digital addiction in adolescents.
