Brief Summary
|
This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effectiveness of the FIFA 11 Plus program and High Intensity Interval Training on hamstring flexibility and agility in male football players. Thirty-six players aged between fourteen and twenty-one years will be randomly allocated into two groups. Group A will perform the FIFA 11 Plus program and Group B will perform a bodyweight-based High Intensity Interval Training protocol. The intervention will be conducted three times per week for six weeks. Hamstring flexibility will be measured using the V sit and reach test and the Active knee extension test, and agility will be assessed using the Agility T test, at baseline and after six weeks. |
