Brief Summary   This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effectiveness of the FIFA 11 Plus program and High Intensity Interval Training on hamstring flexibility and agility in male football players. Thirty-six players aged between fourteen and twenty-one years will be randomly allocated into two groups. Group A will perform the FIFA 11 Plus program and Group B will perform a bodyweight-based High Intensity Interval Training protocol. The intervention will be conducted three times per week for six weeks. Hamstring flexibility will be measured using the V sit and reach test and the Active knee extension test, and agility will be assessed using the Agility T test, at baseline and after six weeks.
