Brief Summary

In this study, 60 apparently healthy individuals will be selected through convenience sampling, with health status assessed using the SAS Scale and Prakriti determined using the CCRAS Standardised Prakriti Assessment Scale (CCRAS-SPAS). Based on dominant dosha, participants will be divided into three groups of 20 each: Group A (Vata), Group B (Pitta), and Group C (Kapha). The performance of engineering professionals will be evaluated using the Role-Based Performance Scale. Data will be analyzed using suitable statistical tests, and conclusions will be drawn from both statistical outcomes and observational findings.
