Microdosing Plyometric Training |
consist of low-volume 4 sessions per week, totaling 16 visits in 4 weeks.
The training program will include exercises such as
box jumps, depth jumps, and bounding. Post-testing will be
conducted at the end of Week 4 to reassess jump and sprint performance under the same conditions as the pre-test. So in total 19 visits will be there for this group participants including the screening, pre-test and post-test. |

Traditional Plyometric Training |
consist of two high-volume sessions per week, requiring a total of 8 visits across 4 weeks. The training program will include exercises such as
box jumps, depth jumps, and bounding. Post-testing will be
conducted at the end of Week 4 to reassess jump and sprint performance under the same conditions as the pre-test.
So in total 11 visits will be there for this group participants a including the screening, pre-test and post-test. |

Brief Summary
|
This study is based on investigating the effect of traditional plyometric training and microdosing plyometric training in jump and sprint performance on collegiate athletes who involved in regular sports activities for more than 1 year at least 3 days/week. Participants will be screened based on the mentioned incusion and exclusion criteria.Jump performance will be assessed using the jump performance application and sprint performance by timing gait. The mentioned outcome measures will be collected, analysed andthe interpretation of data will be documented, which will provide information about the performance profiling of the collegiate athletes. |
