Primal Reflex Release Technique |
Primal Reflex Release Technique Is A Gentle Manual Therapy Approach Developed By John It Is Based On The Principle That Certain Protective Reflexes Of The Nervous System Known As Primal Reflexes May Remain In An Overactive State Following Pain Stress Or Trauma This Persistent Reflex Activity Can Contribute To Chronic Pain Muscle Tightness Restricted Mobility And Postural Dysfunction. The Technique Focuses On Calming These Exaggerated Reflexes Through Light Stimulation Positioning And Relaxation Maneuvers That Help Reset The Nervous System By Reducing Muscle Guarding And Restoring Normal Neuromuscular Balance Primal Reflex Release Technique. Assists In Relieving Pain And Promoting Smoother More Natural Movement Patterns.

Stretching |
The Goal Of All Stretching Programs Is To Optimize Joint Mobility While Maintaining Joint Stability Concern Should Always Be Focused On The Systematic Safe And Effective Application Of The Range Of Motion Techniques Utilized .Stretching Techniques Are Used In Clinical Practice To Increase Flexibility With Some Support For Their Use The Flexibility Of The Hamstring Muscles Is Important In The Prevention Of Injury Muscular And Postural Imbalance And Maintenance Of Full Range Of Joint Movement Optimal Musculoskeletal Function And Enhanced Performance In Day To Day Activities. It is given for 6 weeks

Brief Summary
|
High prevalence of hamstring tightness in Young adults, especially those leading sedentary lifestyles or engaged in repetitive athletic activities, frequently experience hamstring tightness, affecting their physical performance and quality of life. Tight hamstrings negatively affect gait variables such as stride length, cadence, and walking symmetry, impacting overall functional performance. Reducing hamstring tightness and improving gait can prevent injuries, and improve the overall quality of life for young adults. Limited studies exist on the effectiveness of PRRT in improving hamstring flexibility and gait variables, particularly in young adults. While some preliminary studies have investigated PRRT’s effect on pain and flexibility, there is a critical gap in understanding its specific impact on lower extremity biomechanics and gait parameters. |
