Brief Summary  
This randomized clinical trial will aim to evaluate the effect of shoulder dynamic core and proprioception training on shoulder function in a sporting population. Participants will be  assigned into two intervention groups. Both groups will undergo an 8 week training protocol consisting of exercises performed at 8 to 12 repetitions per set, 3 sets per session, three times per week. To assess shoulder function, the Upper Quarter Y Balance Test (UQ-YBT) will be used as a primary outcome measure, both before and after the intervention period.
