Breast Cancer surgeries - Breast conservation surgery and Modified radical mastectomy

Age less than 18 years
Known allergy to any of the study drugs
Refusal to participate or refusal to nerve block
Any contraindications to nerve block
Atrioventricular block
Heart rate less than 50 beats per minute
Patients with cognitive dysfunction or with psychiatric disorder
Patients with chronic pain or on opioid therapy |
