This cross-sectional study aims to examine the relationship between physical exercise, negative emotions (such as stress, anxiety, and depression), and overall well-being among teaching faculty. The findings are expected to provide insights into how physical exercise may influence emotional health and quality of life in academic professionals, supporting strategies to promote mental and physical well-being in this population. |
