Details  1.Age group between 19 24 year.
2.Subjects willing to participate in the study.
3.A positive results with scapula dyskinesis test.
4.Asymmetrical scapula position left vs. right at rest. 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.Shoulder surgeries in the past 3 months
2.Shoulder pain with neurological symptoms.
3.Subjects with traumatic shoulder pain.
4.Structure scoliosis.
5.Scapular dyskinesia long thoracic nerve palsy, spinal accessory nerve palsy
6.A participant who has been receiving conservative physical therapy or therapeutic exercise and manual therapy at a medical institution since the last 3 months,
7.A participant who has been consistently doing specific physical activities and specific exercises from 3 months before the intervention,
8.A participant who has undergone surgical treatment on the shoulder joint and upper limb,
9.A participant with neurological disorders in the neck and upper extremities.1

Brief Summary  
This clinical trial was aimed to find the treatment effect of manual movement correction and scapular stabilization exercise on scapular dyskinesis. The outcome measures are SDT, UQYBT and SMET. SDT will be use as an objective measures to established to presence or absence of scapular dyskinesis. UQYBT will be use as  functional measures to evaluate the scapular mobility and stability. SMET will be  use as functional measure to determine the scapular muscle endurance. scapular stabilization exercise will be given to one group  and manual movement correction with scapular stabilization exercise will be given to another group with 10 repetitions, 3 sets, 5days a week for 3weeks. the outcome will be assessed before and after the intervention.
