Brief Summary
|
The first line management of PCOS is the improvement in the lifestyle, however, there are limited studies on whether any treatment may be useful in improving the PCOS manifestation in adolescence towards adulthood this understanding of the effectiveness of structured exercise will pave a path for further research as well as an understanding on how well the exercises can be utilised as the treatment method for adolescents with PCOS |
