Brief Summary
|
Anaesthesiologists, emergency medicine physicians,
and intensivists work in high-risk areas making them more prone to work under
high stress that disrupts work-life balance. Work-life balance impacts patient safety, the
quality of care, and the overall efficiency of hospitals. The study will help design tailored strategies to
address the specific challenges of these critical specialties. A high-pressure work environment can contribute to
burnout, compassion fatigue, and reduced job satisfaction, which can lead to
reduced motivation. |
