The findings of the present study can give physiological insights into continuous changes in blood pressure during resistance exercise. This can help sports science professionals to design effective resistance exercise protocols for healthy as well as clinical populations which can challenge the cardiovascular system yet decreasing the associated with resistance training.  8 Weeks

Brief Summary
Purpose of the study:
Many researches have reported changes in blood pressure during dynamic exercises with emphasis on changes due to resistance training (Isometric and dynamic resistance training). However these researches have reported changes in BP post exercise, the specific alterations in pulse pressure during resistance exercise remain unclear. The present study is designed to investigate the continuous changes in blood pressure in response to various resistance exercises.

Aims and objective
1.To measure the change in Mean arterial pressure (MAP), Pulse arrival time (PAT), Pulse transit time (PTT) during isometric resistance exercises.
2.To measure the change in Mean arterial pressure (MAP), Pulse arrival time (PAT), Pulse transit time (PTT) during dynamic resistance exercises.
3.To measure the change during fatigue post resistance exercise in blood pressure parameter.

Methodology
The subject will be asked to report to the NIBP lab situated in MYAS department of sports science and medicine GNDU Amritsar.
Session 1 Reading of Blood pressure will be taken through NIBP Apparatus in Isometric exercises protocol setup.
Session 2 Reading of Blood pressure will be taken through NIBP Apparatus in Isotonic exercise protocol.
Session 3 Reading of Blood pressure will be taken through NIBP Apparatus in fatigue induce exercise protocol.
Processing and analysis of the data through Lab chart pro software v8.1.30.
