Patient with patellofemoral pain syndrome were included assessed by the APTA Diagnostic Criteria
Both males and females were included
Patient who experience retropatellar or peripatellar pain with squatting stair climbing prolong sitting

Brief Summary
|
This cross-sectional study aims to translate the Anterior Knee Pain Scale (AKPS) into Hindi and evaluate its validity and test-retest reliability for Hindi-speaking patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome. The process follows standard forward–backward translation by medical and non-medical translators, expert panel review, and pre-final testing to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and patient comprehension. The validated Hindi version will enable accurate assessment of symptoms, contentment, and well-being in the Indian population.
