Brief Summary   This study explores the association between musculoskeletal parameters, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women. A total of 371 participants were recruited based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly allocated to study groups. The research focuses on key musculoskeletal factors including bone mineral density, muscle strength, and balance and their impact on overall quality of life. Findings from this study aim to highlight how targeted interventions can enhance bone health, improve physical stability, and significantly elevate the quality of life in postmenopausal women.
